Great device if you are more computer savvy than I am
I had an older version of the IPad and replaced it with this one. I had trouble from set up on until I became so frustrated I knew it was more than I could use. I requested a return and Amazon put me in touch with an Apple rep who told me how to prepare it for return. I returned it and was credited on my Amazon card. The product is more advanced than my old one and I wish I felt more comfortable with using it. I have no young children around to tutor me! Ha. Thank you Amazon for your assistance.
